Jonathan Perrins
Jonathan Perrins has been involved in the Steel Building Products and property related industries for the last 25 years. His current business interests include Self Storage ownership in the United Kingdom and Asia, Self Storage design, manufacture and construction in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. More recently Jonathan has ventured into the Landscape Supply businesses along with industrial/ commercial property development.
Jonathan has recently returned to Brisbane after spending seven years in the United Kingdom developing the Steel Storage construction business across Western Europe.
Jonathan is currently the Managing Director of the Steel Storage Group worldwide; a Director of other business, such as TLS Landscape Supplies in Australia; a partner of R & J Projects in Australia and the current Chairman of the Self Storage Association of Australasia.
Drew Douglas
Drew Douglas obtained a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland in 1983 and commenced working as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Brisbane. From there, he worked with a Funds Management Company for seven years and completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment with the Securities Institute of Australia before commencing operation in his own business as a Licensed Securities Dealer in January 1990.
In 1994 Drew merged with the Wenck Group to form Douglas Wenck which in April 2007 became part of the Shadforth Financial Group. Drew is currently State Manager in Queensland and continues to devote his time to advising and managing an extensive range of clients relying on his knowledge and experience as an adviser.
Drew is a Director of The Wenck Group of Companies, which has been successfully operating for over 40 years. The businesses provide advice in the areas of financial and investment planning, asset allocation strategies, superannuation and retirement planning, estate and Will planning and all facets of insurance including personal/business and asset protection.
In addition, Drew is Chairman of a general insurance brokerage company and a Director of a number of other external companies including Steel Storage Holdings.
Lindsay J. Phillips

Lindsay Phillips is the Head of Private Equity at Lazard Carnegie Wylie (LCW).
Lindsay joined LCW in June 2007 following the acquisition of his fund, Phoenix Development Fund Limited. Lindsay has been involved in private equity for over 20 years, commencing in London in 1987 with MJH Nightingale & Co. Limited and then Australia from 1995.
Prior to entering private equity Lindsay worked as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 7 years in Perth, Sydney and London, ending as a Senior Manager in London.
Lindsay is also Chairman of ASX listed Flat Glass Industries Limited and is a board member of several other private companies.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He is married with 3 children and lives in Sydney.
