A new build four storey self storage facility just off the A35 at the Pentagon Island on the outskirts of Derby . The building measures 60m x 30m over four floors. The original site housed three individual factory units which Steel Storage demolished in October 2007. The adjoining factory unit is owed by the client and is subject to a separate planning application for future extension of the new facility. The new building has easy access and a large frontage for parking, unloading and loading with an impressive glazed reception area to welcome existing and new customers.
